I am a native to Columbia, South Carolina who has enjoyed the benefits of organized physical fitness for most of my life. I was introduced to my first training program as a teenager at the Columbia Athletic Club over 20 years ago. I was certified as a trainer 15 years ago, and most recently was certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. I participate regularly in local 5ks, 10ks, half marathons and marathons. I love to see my clients complete their first 5ks, half marathons, triathlons and celebrate with them at the finish line!
